Favorite bike of all time and why?

How old were you when you got in mountain biking?

It all depends on what you consider mountain biking. I started riding a true mountain bike in 1995, but I was riding off-road on a three speed English bike in 1964. We were living in Philadelphia. The contractor building the neighborhood made a flat marshy area and we built trails on it to ride. Some guys rode beach cruisers, some rode three speeds like mine, and we just had fun. We even made wooden bridges out of doors.

What are you most likely listening to in the car when we see you driving down the road?

Jazz.

Why volunteer with SORBA Woodstock?

If you don’t give back to the trail system that you ride it will dissolve and go away. There’s no better feeling than hearing people compliment your work as they ride by.
