The Woodstock Chapter along with the RAMBO & Gainesville Chapters will be joining SABA cycling club to ride the Jackrabbit Trail System on Saturday, November 7th. We will be meeting at Blankets Creek Parking Lot at 8am. The Jackrabbit Trail System is 100 miles away near Hiawassee, GA in North Carolina. We will carpool/convoy to the Jackrabbit Trailhead and be RTR at 10:30. The Jackrabbit Trail system is 15 miles of rolling contour trails. It will take approx 2 hours to ride. We will be grilling out for lunch afterward. More details to follow soon...
During summer months, trails dry faster but still need time to recover from significant rainfall. Give 'em some time!
Note: Trail status is always up to date and accurate. The date stamp simply refers to the last date it changed, not the last time it was updated. If it reads the trails are open and the date stamp reads a week ago that tells you the trails have been open for a week. When trails are closed they are closed to everyone including foot traffic.
